2.1 You may purchase tickets for mental health workshops and events through our Site. All purchases are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

3.1 We accept payment through GoCardless, and other payment gateways when agreed with prior notice. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our Site.

3.2 You acknowledge that additional terms and conditions may apply to your use of third-party payment processing services and are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with such terms.

  1. Workshop Attendance

4.1 Your purchase of a workshop or event ticket entitles you to attend the specified mental health workshop or event on the designated date and time.

4.2 It is your responsibility to arrive at the workshop venue on time and to bring any necessary materials or documentation as specified in the workshop description.

4.3 Hard to Human reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual who fails to comply with workshop rules or behaves in a disruptive or inappropriate manner.

  1. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1 Workshop and event ticket purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the event description.

5.2 In the event of a cancellation by Hard to Human, you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.

5.3 Hard to Human reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to low attendance, instructor availability, or force majeure events.

6.1 All content included on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of Hard to Human or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

6.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, prepare derivative works based on, repost, or otherwise use the content of this Site without our prior written consent.

  1. Limitation of Liability

7.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hard to Human shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site or attend workshops or events.
