We have developed a comprehensive range of courses and workshops to support and empower young people as they navigate their mental health journey. These programs cover many mental health topics, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of key issues that affect young people today. Additionally, each course or workshop can be tailored to meet the specific needs of various target groups, allowing us to focus on particular concerns or challenges different young people may face. This flexibility ensures we can provide targeted, relevant support to help guide them toward better mental well-being.
Sometimes the thought of coming along to a workshop or a course can feel simply overwhelming. Or maybe you have done one of our courses, but feel that you would benefit from some additional support. We can offer an entirely bespoke mentoring and support service, focussing on giving you the tools and strategies for the lasting positive change you deserve.
We offer support groups for young people who have been on one of our courses. These are a chance for you to continue building on your skills and knowledge, as well as build a support network of new friends. They are informal and friendly, with a chance for a drink and snack!
